Any Applicant in the category of MEMBER - GENERAL, MEMBER - MANUFACTURER or MEMBER - USER agrees that if admitted to membership of the Association, the Applicant will agree to be bound by the terms of the TETRA Memorandum of Understanding.

The Applicant agrees that if admitted to membership of the Association, the Applicant will undertake to contribute to the property of the Association in the event of the same being wound up while the Applicant is a member, or within one (1) year after the Applicant ceases to be a member, for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Association (contracted before the Applicant ceases to be a member) and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up and for the adjustment of rights of the contributories among themselves, such amount as may be required, not exceeding TWO DOLLARS ($2.00).
